Tresor Announces Manni Dee's 'The Residue' Album

Manni Dee is undoubtedly one of our favourite producers to emerge from the UK's techno realm, so it comes as no surprise that Tresor have teamed up with Manni to release his debut album titled 'The Residue'.

Inspired by his current surroundings, the album holds a strong connection with the city of London and its brutal living conditions. Themes of social cleansing, inequality and the grim political situation are told through a sound which Manni himself knows only too well - gnarly percussion with an upfront, brusque aesthetic packed with resounding drums to defy an arbitrary society that's rooted in the capital city.

Tresor have already revealed the track 'Smut' ahead of the full release on June 15th in 2LP vinyl and digital, and it's safe to say it's a dark, haunting production but still unabashedly banging.
