Submechanical - Armoury EP & Remixes
The last release on Jezgro was by Merzbow, this latest one is definitely more on the experimental side incorporating noise and atmospheric dub by Submechanical, who is somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to experimental music. He was one half of noise/dubstep project Cloaks and has had other releases on 3by3. The birth of Submechanical happened when the Cloaks project came to a halt. The 'Armoury EP' is contained of 4 killer tracks. Tracks Pressure and EA2277 are perfect introductory tracks with creeping eerie noises resonating an apocalyptic atmosphere. Wave after is on B side, a pulverizing track accompanied by distorted dub.
The last track is Armoury which would annihilate any room ,veering off beat to give it that extra edge.
JEZGRO004 is the remix EP release by Submechanical - Armoury EP including Profligate, Death Qualia, Shadows aka AnD and Huren. They have each taken one of the tracks and incorporated into their own specific style. Catch this masterpiece which will be released on the 12th of March.
